Seriously, I agree with you that those things happen. You would think if you sign up for something that you would mark it on your calendar and make sure to show up or at the very least send a note that something came up.

Cross-promotions do depend on everyone participating to the best of their ability.

Of course, all of this could just be the way I was raised. Perhaps alongside new Math, there is new Behavior and we didn't get the memo.
